Judge Milan C. Berry orders that all cases set for Dec. 18 for the Louisiana Municipal Division, be continued to Mar. 26, 2021 for their respective setting.

The Municipal Division Office will remain open and available during this time, to allow for Defendants to enter pleas of guilty pursuant to the Missouri Supreme Court fine schedule or the local Pike County fine schedule (both are posed on the wall outside of the Division office) during normal Division office hours. All Defendants, with citations eligible for Plead & Pay, may enter guilty pleas with payment in full, online at https://www.courts.mo.gov/ticket.

The court will also accept pleas of guilty pursuant to recommendation e-filed by the prosecutor. Defendants who wish to plead guilty pursuant to a recommendation, may request a time to meet the court clerk during normal business hours to sign the plea papers and establish payment arrangements.
