LOUISIANA, Mo. — The Louisiana Area Historical Museum is hosting a Gingerbread House Contest.

Groups, individuals, businesses and organizations are invited to participate. There is no entry fee, and decorative entries are encouraged.

All submissions must be turned in between noon and 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 25, at the museum, 304 Georgia. Judging will be the night of Nov. 30 during the Louisiana Community Christmas Parade.

The museum is hosting Santa Claus that evening, and people who attend can vote for their favorite gingerbread house. First prize is $100.
