LOUISIANA, Mo. — Linda Fritz, County Services Programs Director at the not-for-profit North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC), was the featured speaker at a recent membership meeting of the Louisiana Chamber of Commerce.

Fritz discussed a new NECAC program called Expand Your Employability, which helps people who’ve had trouble finding employment break down barriers to getting a job. NECAC, a 12-county area social service, community health and public housing agency headquartered in Bowling Green, will provide personnel to speak at community groups, schools, businesses and other for organizations.
