LOUISIANA, Mo. — Buffalo Township United Fund (BTUF) is teaming up again this year with the Louisiana Community Betterment Farmers Market to bring Shakespeare’s Pizza to our community.  The Shakespeare’s Pizza truck will be at the Farmers Market this coming Wednesday, June 24th, beginning at 3:00 p.m. in Sunset Park on Georgia Street.  There are nine (9) varieties to choose from and each pizza is 12″ in size.  These pizzas are made of the same ingredients used to make the famous restaurant Pizzas in Columbia, Missouri.  Please note: the Pizza truck will be available depending on weather conditions. If the weather takes a turn for the worst, BTUF will reschedule for a later date.

Over the past years, BTUF has raised funds through various fundraisers and in turn, has provided over $300,000 in financial support to various organizations that serve residents of the greater Louisiana area.

“We are excited to have BTUF teaming up with us again this year.  It makes for a great “One Stop Shopping” experience for our customers.  They are able to purchase their pizzas and all the ingredients it takes to make a great side salad and dessert!, stated Diana Huckstep, Market Manager.

Be sure to visit the Market on Wednesday, June 24th from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and help to support our local United Fund and our local farmers.  Every dollar spent at the Farmers Market, is dollars that are used right here in our community.
