PCMH will be holding a Drive Thru COVID Vaccination Clinic on Thursday, April 8 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. located in the PCMH Louisiana Physical Therapy parking lot.
The clinic will be by appointment only. Call the Louisiana Clinic at 754-4584 ext 7607 to check eligibility and to make an appointment.
