Home Based Food Production Classes

The Pike County Missouri Health Department is teaming up with Pike County Health Inspector Stefanie Davis to offer Home Based Food Production Classes. The classes will cover laws for making and selling items from your home. The class aims to help individuals understand the rules and regulations attached to Cottage Law and Food Code Exemptions.
