Clarksville Garden Club will be hosting an evening meeting on Thursday, April 28 at the Christian Church annex in Clarksville.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm.
It is the hope of the Club to attract those who are not available for daytime meetings.
This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in the Garden Club to get to know what the Club is all about.
The Clarksville Garden Club is a member of the Missouri Federated Garden Clubs and is actively involved in gardening educational programs. The Club is also an active sponsor of the annual Arbor Day tree distribution to the 4th grade classes at surrounding schools, including those in Louisiana, and Bowling Green.
They are also active in the care and maintenance of the various Purple Martin houses on the Louisiana and Clarksville riverfronts.
The Clarksville Garden Club is not exclusive to Clarksville residents. Their members are from all over Pike Co. and beyond.
If you have any questions about the upcoming meeting, please feel free to call the club President, Linda Pridgeon at: 573-754-0249.
The club looks forward to welcoming you. Sandwiches and refreshments will be served.
