Bowling Green Community Teachers’ Association encourages all to attend “Meet the Candidates Night” for the Bowling Green R-1 School Board Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Bowling Green High School Auditorium.

Five community members have filed their candidacy for two positions on the Bowling Green R-1 Board of Education: Scott Hunt, Tamara Scherder, Paige Baker, Jennifer Yoder-Burns, and Jim Arico. The positions are for three-year terms, and Election Day is April 5, 2022. More information about the candidates can be found on the school’s website.

Each candidate will be asked to give their responses to predetermined questions and will be available at the end of the event to answer individual questions or meet with community members.
