The Frankford First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is hosting a fish fry on Saturday, May 25, in the church’s fellowship hall. The meal will be served from 4 to 7 p.m. The menu for the fish fry includes: your choice of fried catfish or fried crappie, and sides of potato salad, baked beans, cornbread and choice of dessert. Tea and lemonade will be provided.  Carry-outs for the meal will also be available.  The church is not charging for the meal, but will accept free will donations. All donations will go toward the church’s building fund, which is how the church congregation finances large-scale building improvements and projects for the 130-year-old historic church building.
