RALLS COUNTY, Mo. – Brent Engel contributing writer. NECAC Ralls County Service Coordinator Stephanie Dunker looks over items that are part of the new Senior Food Box program. Income-qualifying Ralls County residents ages 60 and older can receive monthly boxes containing meats, cheeses, cereal, canned fruits and vegetables, grains and dairy products. The program is funded by USDA. In addition, the NECAC Ralls County Service Center in New London continues to offer a food pantry to residents in need.
