Upcoming planned roadwork for Northeast Missouri, August 7 to August 18

PIKE COUNTY, Mo. — The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.

All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.

Audrain County

Route Y – August 7, CLOSED for seal coating operations from Route M to Route NN between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route D – August 8, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route HH to CR 975 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route D – August 9, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route M to CR 948 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route D – August 10, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 917 to CR 919 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route FF – August 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route ZZ in Boone County to Boone/Audrain County line between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route FF – August 15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 989 to Boone County line between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Clark County

Route W – August 9 – 10 and August 14 – 15, CLOSED for asphalt pavement repairs from Route D to Route A between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Lewis County

Route N – August 7 – 8, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 6 to the Marion County line between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route E – August 7 – 8, CLOSED for bridge maintenance operations from Missouri Route 81 to Route F between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Route C – August 9 – 10, CLOSED just before to immediately after the bridge over U.S. Route 61 for bridge maintenance operations between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Lincoln County

Missouri Route 79 – August 7 – 10, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Route B to Missouri Route 47 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Macon County

Route P – August 7, LANE RESTRICTION for asphalt pavement repairs from Chariton County line to Dynamo Place between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route F – August 8, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Route J to Missouri Route 149 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route P – August 10, CLOSED for seal coating operations from Dynamo Place to Chariton County line between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

U.S. Route 36 (Westbound) – August 14 – 15, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance operations from one mile before the bridge to just after the end of the bridge over Middle Fork Salt River between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

U.S. Route 36 (Westbound) – August 14 – 15, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance operations from one mile before the bridge to just after the end of the bridge over Long Branch Lake Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Route M – August 14 – 15, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance operations from one-half mile before bridge to bridge end over U.S. Route 63 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Marion County

Route K – August 7 – 9, CLOSED for patching operations from U.S. Route 36 to Route C between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.

Monroe County

Route J – August 7, CLOSED for bridge maintenance from Missouri Route 151 to Route OO between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route M – August 8, CLOSED for bridge maintenance from CR 1059 to CR 1039 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route AA – August 9, CLOSED for bridge maintenance from CR 835 to CR 857 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Montgomery County

Missouri Route 19 – August 14 – 18, LANE RESTRICTION for seal coating operations from Route B to U.S. Route 54 at Scotts Corner between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Pike County

Route M – August 8, CLOSED for seal coating operations from Missouri Route 161 to Route Y between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route V – August 9 – 10, CLOSED for patching operations from Route W to Route M between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on August 9 and 7:00 a.m. and noon on August 10.

U.S. Route 61 (Southbound) – August 7, LANE RESTRICTION for environmental clean up from Route HH to approximately 1000 feet south on U.S. Route 61 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route V – August 15, CLOSED for seal coating operations from Route W to Route M between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Ralls County

Missouri Route 19 – August 7 – 10, LANE RESTRICTION on the bridge over U.S. Route 61 starting just before to immediately after the bridge for bridge maintenance operations between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working with signals utilized to direct traffic through the work zone.

Work with us in the work zone! Please remember to obey all work zone signs and personnel. With an increased number of highway work zones in Missouri, we urge all drivers to pay attention every second while driving, especially through a work zone. Be informed of your route by checking the MoDOT Traveler Information Map before you leave to see if you will encounter any work zones.
