BOWLING GREEN, Mo. — Jayne Scherder Justice crowns Samantha Smith as the Bowling Green Bicentennial Princess during opening night festivities Tuesday (June 27). Scherder won the title at the city’s sesquicentennial in 1973 and was named Miss Missouri 1977. Haile Wyble was crowned the bicentennial queen.
