
FARBER, Mo.– The Bowling Green Bobcats wrap up their five-game road trip, as they travel to Van-Far to take on the Indians in an EMO Conference showdown.
The Bobcats are coming off a dominant win over the Silex Owls, 9-2. The Indians are coming off a nail-biting loss to the Montgomery County Wildcats, 7-6. Bowling Green got the best of Van-Far last season, as the Bobcats came away with a blowout win over the Indians, 16-1. The last time that these two teams squared off in Vandalia, Bowling Green alum Kaden Chandler, tossed a no-hitter against Van-Far in a 5-0 Bobcat win over the Indians. The Bobcats are looking to repeat the events of last season, as they head to Farber for the EMO Conference game.
Bowling Green heads into the game with a 6-8 record. Van-Far heads into the game with a 0-10 record. The Bobcats score an average of five runs per game, while they allow seven runs per game to their opponents. The Indians score an average of two runs per game, while they allow 11 runs per game to the opposing side. Bowling Green was able to defeat the Mark Twain Tigers, 10-0, while Van-Far fell to the Tigers, 7-4.
