LOUSIANA, Mo. — Eleven-year-old Brayden Sherman of Louisiana was the winner of the Louisiana Area Historical Museum’s “Name the Baseball Team”contest, co-sponsored by The Gatherings at 601 event center. Brayden is pictured receiving a $50 check from Museum President Brent Engel, with a cut out of Mo Mo the Missouri Monster in the background. Kids ages 17 and younger were asked to make up a name for a mythical local baseball team. Brayden’s entry was “Pike County Mo Mo Maniacs.” Brayden is a son of Samantha Elliott and Davey Sherman.
