The Louisiana Community Betterment Assoc. is sponsoring the annual community Christmas Decorating Contest.  The contest includes two categories: Residential and Businesses.  First, Second and Third place cash prizes will be awarded for both categories.  The contest begins Saturday, Dec. 5th and will run through Wednesday, Dec. 16th.

Judges will be driving around, within the city limits to view the residential and business decorations. Decorations must be visible from the street.  Please be sure your decorations are lit in the evenings.  If you would like to ensure that your decoration display is included in the judging, please email your address and contact information to Diana Huckstep, LCBA Chairperson at: Lmocombtrmt@yahoo.com no later than Friday, Dec. 11th.  Your information will then be passed onto the judges.
