An impeachment hearing for a Louisiana city councilwoman has been postponed for a second time.

The public hearing originally was set for October 4th. It was then moved to October 15th. Now, a new date must be set.

The City Council voted six to two September 26th to impeach Robbyn Morris. She’s accused of violating Missouri’s open meetings act by secretly recording a closed council session on September 10th.
