New attention is being focused on the Bowling Green Business Park.

Three lots have been sold and another is under contract. Names of the developers have not been released, but the lots are near the Saints Avenue Café, McDonald’s and Super 8.

About 12 acres of undeveloped land remains on the north and east sides of the 20-acre park.

Meanwhile, the city has had interest in a commercially-zoned lot nearby. It measures a little over an acre and is tucked between the Saints Avenue and a cemetery near the Business Highway 61 roundabout.
