The Illinois Department of Transportation and MoDOT have reopened U.S. 54 at the Champ Clark Bridge over the Mississippi River to one-lane of traffic.  There is still water over one lane of the road, but transportation crews are flagging traffic on the Illinois side to allow for safe passage.  There is not a lot of clean up that needs to occur.  River levels and the road will continue to be monitored based on the amount of rain coming from the north.
