Leadership Louisiana is being called off for this year.

The Louisiana Chamber of Commerce says it did not get enough people to sign up for the program, which enjoyed a successful first year in 2014.

The idea is to give participants a chance to meet community leaders and business people. The cost was 200 dollars per person.

The six-week program was to have started April 23rd and offered sessions through June 4th. Chamber Director Chris Koetters hopes to bring it back next year.
