On April 24, Kevin D. Street was charged by Pike County Prosecutor Mark Fisher with the class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, methamphetamine, the class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, more than 35 grams of marijuana and the class A misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia. Street has been charged as a prior offender from a guilty plea from a 2010 possession charge. The honorable Judge David Ash set bond at $50,000 cash only.

These charges are the result of ongoing investigations of illegal drug activity. On April 24, the Pike County Sheriff's Office and a member of the East Central Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the residence of Street, which is located at 18328 Pike County Road 318.

Located during the search of the residence located  were 46 plastic baggie corners containing a half gram of a crystal substance, each which field tested positive for methamphetamine, a baggie containing approximately 301 grams of marijuana, a plastic container containing 28 one gram baggies of marijuana, two (2) glass smoking pipes and a digital scale.
