LOUISIANA — The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced a time change for the implosion of the two trusses on the Illinois side of the Champ Clark Bridge.
The demolition had been scheduled for Monday morning, Nov. 18, between 9-11 a.m. This has been adjusted by Massman Construction to now take place between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
A reason for the time change was not indicated on a press release issued Sunday evening at about 9:30 p.m.
The implosion of the first two trusses last month was delayed through most of the day, taking place after 4 p.m. on Oct. 18.
