LOUISIANA, Mo — Each year, Louisiana Community Betterment Assoc. sponsors a Window Decorating Contest in the downtown business district and a Residential Decorating Contest for residents of the community. Cash prizes are awarded for First, Second and Third place winners in both categories. “Our downtown business district is simply beautiful with all of the window decorations that compliment the street decorations. LCBA is very pleased to be the sponsor of this event. Driving around the community to see all the homes decorated is such a pleasure and we cannot thank those who participate enough, and go the extra mile to make our community “shine” during the Christmas season,” stated Diana Huckstep, LCBA Chairperson.
