
LOUISIANA, Mo — More than 110 people attended the Louisiana Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet April 10 at The Gatherings at 601 event center. Pictured are State Rep. KJFM Radio was named Chamber Member of the Year and the Louisiana Community Betterment Award went to Russell “Sonny” Stephens. Guest speaker was Luke Reed, director of legislative affairs for the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The evening included music from MizzOkie Entertainment of Louisiana and magic from Master Illusionist Keith Jozsef of St. Louis. The 2025 Chamber Board of Directors was sworn in. President is Layne Ebers; vice president, Brent Engel; treasurer, Diana Huckstep; secretary, Viki Cadwallader; and board members Tannis Sanders, Heather White, Dr. Tom Ward, Jeri Smith and Edna Dolbeare. Executive Director is Brook Patterson.

Reed discussed the group’s legislative priorities for 2025, including child care and Proposition A reform, and encouraged businesses to reach out to his organization for help with business advocacy.
