The 7th Annual Ralls County Side by Side Ride presented the Great River Honor Flight with proceeds totaling $21,225 from its annual drive held on October 5, 2024. The presentation was done as part of a thank you party for the volunteers and sponsors of the ride. Approximately 650 people participated that took them on a cross country ride thru several Ralls County farms and back roads. Ralls County citizens are big supporters of Veterans and the Honor Flight program. Plans are already in the works for the 2025 edition of the ride which will take place in October.

Over the years, this event has donated over $60,000 to the Great River Honor Flight’s mission to give local veterans a FREE trip to Washington, DC.
