LOUISIANA, Mo.– The Louisiana Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting June 22 at Sprinkles Doughnuts & Bakery in Louisiana. Owner Gail Way is pictured cutting the ribbon with employees, friends and chamber members. The business is at 3408 Georgia in the Raintree Mall.
