PIKE Co. MO – The Louisiana Community Betterment Assoc. held a check and certificate presentation for all the winners of the 2023 Christmas Parade, Business Window Decorating and Residential Decorating Contest.  Each entry had at least one representative present at the presentation.  Checks and certificates were presented for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
