LOUISIANA, Mo. — Members of the Louisiana Community Betterment Association presented Mr. Shannon Reese, ER of the Louisiana Elks Lodge 791, the LCBA Beautification Award for the recent repairs and repainting of their building on Georgia and 5th St.  Mr. Reese told the group that they had done some inside repairs and that they were very happy to get the outside painting done.  They are hoping to do some other improvements as time and money will allow.  “The Elks Lodge is one of the prettiest historic buildings facing Georgia St. and it looks wonderful with the new coat of paint,” stated Ms. Huckstep, LCBA Chairperson.
