LOUISIANA, Mo. — Members of the Louisiana Community Betterment Association gathered at the home of Lawrence and Joann Herzog to present them with the LCBA Beautification Award.  The Herzog’s moved from St. Louis County to Louisiana and purchased their home on Main Street. The home was in need of some love and lots of work to bring this beauty back to life.  Joann Herzog said, “this was a family project.
