
LOUISIANA, Mo. – The Louisiana Bulldogs had everything working on Monday, winning big over Marion County 13-1
The Bulldogs got on the board in the first inning when Brady Fisher tripled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.
Kenny McCormick earned the win for Bulldogs, he lasted five innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out three and walking one.
Joey Lagemann toed the rubber for Marion County. The pitcher allowed 11 hits and 13 runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out five. Porter Britt threw one-third of an inning out of the bullpen.
Louisiana totaled 11 hits in the game. Jack Logan, McCormick, Brady Sheppard, and Cameron Hunt all collected multiple hits for Bulldogs. Hunt, Sheppard, McCormick, and Logan each collected two hits to lead the Bulldogs.
With the win, Louisiana Head Coach Ryan Griffin picked up his 100th career win.
