
LOUISIANA, Mo. — Tickets to the Louisiana Area Historical Museum’s “The Sword in the Wall” luncheon are available through Friday, April 28.
Dr. Tim Jacobs will unravel the mystery of a weapon once owned by a Civil War captain with ties to Pike County.
The luncheon is at noon Saturday, May 6, at the Louisiana First Christian Church fellowship hall at 517 South Carolina. Tickets are $20 per person. The menu consists of chicken salad, summer pasta salad, fresh fruit and strawberry shortcake. Men, women and children are invited.
The museum will be open for ticket sales from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, April 28.
