KJFM SPORTS — This Friday, the Hawks baseball team will be playing North Callaway. The players are eager for this game, although they have had a busy week with several games. 

It looks like the competition will be tough, North Callaway has had a strong season so far. However, this will not deter the Hawks as they are hoping to rise to the challenge. 

When speaking to shortstop Tyler Kuntz about what he wanted to see from his team, he said this, “I want to see great effort, working towards excellence on the field.”

“I want everyone to try their best and not to get discouraged by their mistakes, but instead learn from them, and move on and become better,” said starting pitcher, Tyler Jarret, about his hopes for the game.
