BOWLING GREEN, Mo. — Melissa Harding of Curryville has joined the North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) as an energy assistance counselor.

Harding attended Clopton High School. She studied forensic science at Stratford Career Institute and was a substance abuse counselor.
