KJFM SPORTS — Friday, the Clopton Hawks will be participating in the golf invitational at Hannibal. 

At the meet earlier this week, at Louisiana, the Hawks had some impressive scores, with their current highest scorer, Chaz Lindsay, placing second with a 44; Nick Denslow with a 50 and Larson Hall, with a 64. 

When Coach Hall was asked, what are you hoping to see at the Hannibal Invitational, he had this to say “I am eager to see how our guys respond to the challenge of playing 18 holes in one day. It will require mental focus throughout the day and thoroughly thinking about each shot before it is hit. I am also hoping to see some improvement in our short game.”
