JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Stephanie Dunker, left foreground, and Kayla Wasson of NECAC met March 22 at the capitol in Jefferson City with State Rep. Chad Perkins, R-40, of Bowling Green. The visit was part of Community Action Legislative Day. NECAC joined representatives from agencies around the state in discussing issues with lawmakers. NECAC highlighted its student educational, job training and housing development efforts.
