BOWLING GREEN, Mo. — Bowling Green School Board Member Larry Twellman looks over signs supporting a no-tax-increase $8.75 million bond issue that will be decided by district voters April 4. A simple majority is required for passage. Approval would pay for program, facility and security improvements, including construction of an early childhood center and a storm shelter at the middle/senior high. Twellman is pictured at a Feb. 28 meeting. The district plans additional outreach to answer questions about the ballot issue, which will appear as Proposition S.
