LOUISIANA, Mo. — North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) IT Director Kevin Stumbaugh installs new computer wiring at the former Arrow Industries site in Louisiana. NECAC announced last month that it is leasing the facilities as part of a major expansion in its weatherization program. Progress on upgrades are continuing. NECAC soon expects to receive $4.5 million of additional federal funding to broaden weatherization services in its 12 counties. The existing weatherization site in Bowling Green will remain open.
