LOUISIANA, Mo. — Louisiana Elks Lodge #791 held their annual observance of Flag Day the evening of June 14th.  Cubs from Pack 156 and Scouts from Troop 156 presented the historical flags as the history of the creation of the Stars and Stripes was presented by officers of the Elks Lodge.
