BOWLING GREEN, Mo. — Champ Clark Honey Shuck Restoration Inc. awarded a $500 scholarship June 11 to Bowling Green High School graduate Samantha Smith. Smith plans to major in pre-law and politics at Culver-Stockton College in Canton. The scholarship has been made possible since 2003 by the Dr. Elenore Schewe Fund and Honey Shuck.
