Accepting $20,000 for the Self-Help Housing Program is NECAC Deputy Director for Housing Development Programs Carla Potts, left. NECAC County Services Programs Director Linda Fritz accepts a $20,000 check for utility assistance programs. The money comes from the Elks’ Trimble Trust Fund.
