EAGLE 102 SPORTS– The Elsberry Lady Indians and the Clopton Hawks were named District Champions on Saturday, February 26.

The Elsberry Lady Indians defeated Duchesne 36-28 to claim the Class 3 District 5 title. Saturday’s win moved the Lady Indians to 16-11 this season. Elsberry will travel to Francis Howell Central on Wednesday for the Class 3 State Tournament sectional and will face South Shelby.

The Clopton Hawks defeated the Van-Far Indians 58-48 for the Class 2 District 5 title. Saturday’s win moved the Hawks to 18-10 this season. Clopton will travel to Hannibal on Wednesday for the Class 3 State Tournament sectional and will face Putnam County.
