LOUISIANA, Mo. — Beginning at noon, today, Friday, Feb. 18, the City of Louisiana will begin taking calls for ‘end of driveway clearing.’ Work is scheduled to begin at 2pm and the city will also begin moving into Phase 2 of the snow emergency plan which includes widening the roads out and shoulders pushed.
