PIKE COUNTY, Mo. — North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) President and Chief Executive Officer Don Patrick, right, and Chairman of the Board Mike Bridgins, left, recently presented a certificate of recognition to Curt Mitchell of Clarksville for his service on the not-for-profit agency’s 36-member volunteer board of directors. The presentation was made at the November board meeting. Not pictured are NECAC Pike County Board Members D. Randall Cone and Tommy Wallace, both of Louisiana.
