PIKE COUNTY, Ill. — The Illinois Homeowner Assistance Fund (ILHAF) Program provides direct financial assistance to prevent mortgage delinquencies, defaults, displacements, and foreclosures for income-eligible homeowners experiencing pandemic-related hardships.

IHDA intends to launch the ILHAF program in early 2022 after receiving approval from the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
