LOUISIANA, Mo. –Members of the Louisiana Community Betterment, Mayor Kathy Smith and Police Chief Will Jones were present on Monday, Oct. 11 to present Anna O’Brien with the LCBA Kids Doing the Right Thing award.

Anna was presented with the KDTRT award for her efforts to keep Louisiana clean by picking up litter and for her willingness to engage other children in constructive play at the playground.
