
BOWLING GREEN, Mo. — The 12-county-area not-for-profit North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) recently held a reception at its Pike County Service Center in Bowling Green in recognition of the agency’s 56th anniversary and the May observance of National Community Action Month.
