LOUISIANA, Mo. —  The Louisiana Community Betterment Association sponsored its’ yearly Christmas Decorating Contest for residents and businesses. The city really stepped up to celebrate the holidays in grand fashion despite the massive reconstruction of Georgia Street and dealing with Covid-19. There is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place cash prize for each category.

The lucky winners in this years’ Louisiana Community Betterment Assoc. Christmas Decorating Contest are:

Residential: First Place – 1811 Michael Drive, Second Place – 1800 So. Carolina, Third Place – 104 Margaret Drive.

Businesses: First Place – Steamboat Bistro, 123 So. 3rd. Street, Second Place – Dos Primos, 221 Georgia Street, Third Place – Family Drug, 301 Georgia Street.

Winners are being notified by mail, check presentations will be made on Tuesday, Dec. 29th at 6:30 p.m. in the lobby of Pike County Memorial Hospital.
