
BOWLING GREEN, Mo. — Bowling Green Bobcats hold on to advance on in district play after beating the Clopton/Elsberry IndianHawks 53-12.
To start the game, Bowling Green’s strong defense stopped Clopton/Elsberry in four quick downs, gaining possession of the football. The red and black would go on and set the tone for the game by getting the quick score and two point conversion two minutes into the first quarter.
The Bobcats won the district match up and advance to the district semi-final against two-seed Monroe City. Kick-off is at 7 pm in Monroe City.
