SILEX, Mo. — The Silex FFA Chapter had a great outcome at the “Kick-Off the School Year” volleyball game, corn hole tournament and meeting.  The officers were very impressed with the participation of the new and old members.  The Advisor, Mr. O’Brien and the new officer team were introduced to all the members that came.

Everyone got involved during volleyball game. Silex FFA showed their leadership skills on the field by encouraging their teammates and showing their off their volleyball skills.

The members participated in corn hole tournament used strategy, and critical thinking skills to have fun with other members and win the tournament.

The Chapter has all the returning FFA members and many new faces this year. The officers are very excited to get this year going and show the new FFA members all the skills and confidence you can learn from FFA. Silex FFA Chapter cannot wait to get to do speeches, contest, and even help out the community this year.
