CLARKSVILLE, Mo. — A Clarksville business is doing all it can to help its Pike County neighbors.

Kris and Jennifer McCormick and the staff at Cherry's Bar & Grill organized a food distribution Wednesday. More than 70 families were given fruit, bread, potatoes, dairy goods and personal hygiene products.

The free items came from the St. Louis Area Food Bank. Jennifer McCormick said she contacted the organization about getting a delivery.

The McCormicks and their staff delivered to people in Clarksville and Louisiana who were unable to come by the business for pickup.
