LOUISIANA, Mo. — Centenary United Methodist Church invites the community to an Ash Wednesday Service at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26.

The service, which is sponsored by the Louisiana Ministerial Alliance, will be held at the church, located at 7th and South Carolina Streets in Louisiana. Centenary’s choir will be sharing special music for the occasion.

Ash Wednesday begins the season of Lent in which Christians reflect on their own spiritual journeys and their relationship with God. The service will include imposition of ashes and Holy Communion.
